1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of zolinavextura Financial Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

zolinavextura Financial Services provides professional financial auditing, accounting, and consulting services to businesses in Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Financial statement audits
• Tax consulting and preparation
• Business financial consulting
• Financial analysis and reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Cooperate fully during the audit process
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service contract
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS). We maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to the ethical standards of our professional accounting bodies.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• A retainer may be required before services commence
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Additional fees may apply for rush services

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Work product completed to date will be delivered
• Client materials will be returned

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
